FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Confused about how to order your wedding invitations? Here is a selection of the most frequently asked questions to help you get to grips with your wedding stationery order.

Ordering

After placing your order with Happy Paper for your wedding stationery you will receive an email from us requesting your invitation information, wording and colour choices along with any other additional information you feel that we need.

 

After we receive your information we will then send you a PDF proof of your stationery for you to approve. We will then print your stationery and send you an email when we are ready to dispatch your order.

 

Proofs/Timings

PDF Proofs are sent via email, using the wording you have supplied us - please note that you are responsible for checking wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with errors and subsequently printed Happy Paper will not be held responsible and if replacements are required we will charge you again.

Once we have received your order information and payment in full, we aim to get PDF proofs sent to you within one week (may vary in busy times). Once approved, your finished stationery will be delivered within 4 weeks of your proof approval. If you need them sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to help you.

 

Discounts

We feel that our wedding stationery is competitively priced and excellent value for money. However, we can offer a discount on high quantity orders that include more than one type of wedding stationery e.g. Invitations and RSVP cards. Bespoke

We offer a bespoke design services on wedding stationery, prints and corporate. Email ellie@happypaper.co.uk for more information.

Refunds

Happy Paper cannot offer a full refund on personalised stationery due to the time we have spent proofing/designing and printing your stationery. We will offer a 50% refund on any order that has yet to be printed. Once the product has been printed no refunds can be issued. Happy Paper is not responsible for any spelling, wording or grammar errors.  Please order a sample if you wish to check the cardstock we use or the quality of our products. 

Delivery

Wedding stationery delivery will be via Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' (except samples).
